How to cancel your account with TrueLife.org
All subscriptions on TrueLife.org automatically renew each year. Some accounts are paid a year upfront and others are paid through 12 monthly payment.
One year from the date you enroll your subscription will automatically renew for the next year to allow you to continue to use the TrueLife.org trademark, order more invitation cards, and access all the other tools provided.
In order to cancel your subscription, you must first call and speak with a customer service professional before your renewal date.
If you are interested in canceling your account, please call (844) 777-0113 to speak with a customer service professional, or to leave a message and we will return your call within one business day.
At this time we do not accept cancellations through email or chat.
